Overview

Appointment of a contractor to upgrade Koster Hospital – Phase 1 (North West Province) for the Department of Health. Suitable for building-construction firms with CIDB Grade 8GB or higher; JVs may consolidate grading. Required prerequisites include CIDB, CSD, COIDA/FEM, SACPCMP registrations for construction manager and safety officer, CIDB verification, tax compliance, and returnable documents. Requirements

• CIDB: grade 8GB or higher (JVs may consolidate)
• CIDB registration and active CSD registration (MAAA number)
• COIDA/FEM/TAX clearance requirements (including SARS PIN verification)
• SACPCMP registrations for Construction Manager/Project Manager and for Health & Safety Officer
• CIPC company registration and ownership verification as applicable
• Complete and priced Bill of Quantities
• Mandatory returnable documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, addenda receipt; JV agreement if applicable; site briefing attendance
• Tax compliance must be verified if recommended for award
• Attending compulsory site briefing and responding to addenda
