Requirements

• Supply/repair/instate refractory for boiler apertures and ash hoppers; materials up to 1400–1600 °C. (Scope.pdf)
• ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification plus a signed QMS policy.
• Detailed Method Statement covering supply to specification, QA verification, on/offsite storage, safe handling, and on-site/ manufacturer liaison.
• Quality Control Plan (QCPs): three historically signed plans preferred; include stakeholders’ sign-off.
• Evidence of personnel experience: site supervisor, project manager (minimum years), and at least eight operators.
• MSDS documentation for refractory materials with specified properties.
• Three material specification sheets with verifiable purchase orders; indicate lead contractor in JV if applicable.
• Approved project schedule showing tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Installation/inspection records from the lead contractor.
• Compliance with QM58 Supplier Quality Management Specification (referenced).
