Overview

LABORATORY ANALYSIS OF GROUNDWATER SAMPLES FOR HYDROCARBON CONTENT is being procured. The Department of Water and Sanitation (Northern Cape) seeks an accredited analytical service provider to receive three groundwater samples, perform the full suite of hydrocarbon determinants, and deliver signed reports plus electronic results. Bidders should be a laboratory with ISO/SANS-17025 accreditation (including subcontractors if applicable) and must meet SA procurement requirements (tax clearance, CSD, BBBEE) as specified in the Terms of Reference.

Requirements

• ISO/SANS-17025 accreditation (and accreditation for subcontractors where applicable).
• Participation in a recognized Proficiency Testing Scheme (PTS) with evidence.
• Provide price per determinant (Schedule of Determinants) and confirm ability to subcontract if needed.
• Transport three groundwater samples from Northern Cape to the laboratory (courier and sampling materials included in price).
• Deliver a signed analytical report (hard copy or PDF) with sampling point, dates, method, results, detection limits; provide results in Excel/ASCII.
• Provide Schedule of Accreditation for subcontractors and proof of PTS participation.
• Comply with Tax Clearance, CSD, and BBBEE requirements; provide PIN/CSD or BBBEE documentation as applicable.
