LADYBRAND MAGISTRATE OFFICE: REPLACEMENT OF ROOFS AND ASSOCIATED DAMAGES:OHSClosed

Overview

Procurement of professional Construction Health & Safety Agent (CHSA) services for the Ladybrand Magistrate Office: Replacement of Roofs and Associated Damages (OHSA Construction Regulations 2014). Open to professional service providers in construction health and safety; must be registered as a CHSA with SACPCMP, hold NEBOSH International General Construction Health & Safety (or higher), and be able to demonstrate professional indemnity insurance and BBBEE compliance. Requirements

• The bidder must be a practice under fulltime supervision of a registered Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent (SACPCMP) or be a multidisciplinary practice with CHSA under supervision, meeting SACPCMP requirements.
• At least one principal must hold NEBOSH International General Construction Health & Safety or higher and be registered with SACPCMP as a Pr CHSA; provide proof of registration numbers.
• Copies of current professional registrations for all principals/key personnel, with registration numbers, must be included (and, where applicable, director-level registrations for multidisciplinary practices).
• Provide evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance as specified (C1.2.3).
• Submit all returnable documents (T2.1/T2.2) and required forms (e.g., DPW-09 PSB, DPW-16.1 PSB, DPW-21).
• Obtain and provide proof of National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; disclosures (PA-11) and ownership declarations (PA-15 forms) as applicable.
• BBBEE: complete ownership and preference documentation; meet applicable 51% ownership thresholds for EMEs/QSEs to claim points.
