Overview

Procurement of Landside and Airside Herbicide Application and Alien Vegetation Maintenance at Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport for a 36-month period. Bidders should be CIDB 1SH or higher, with a Herbicide Use and Application certificate, and proven vegetation-management capabilities; familiarity with NEC3 contract framework is assets.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 1SH or higher
• Herbicide Use and Application Certificate with authorising body
• Fully completed and signed Form of Offer and Acceptance
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number
• CIDB/ tender processes: acknowledge addenda and submit all Returnable Documents
• Insurance and health & safety compliance (OHS Act/COID; as per Part C1.4)
• Demonstrate company experience in herbicide application and vegetation maintenance
• No conflicts of interest; adherence to ethics and confidentiality
