Overview

Procurement of a 12-month, Services SETA–accredited Learnership Programme and related services for SANAS, including sourcing, training, and managing two learners with confirmed disabilities. Bidders should have Services SETA accreditation, proven learnership delivery capability, and BBBEE/compliance capabilities.

Requirements

• Services SETA accreditation and ability to deliver a 12+ month learnership for learners with disabilities (NQF Level 3+).
• Sourcing, training, placement/hosting, administration, and mentoring of two disabled learners; roll-out plans; portfolio of evidence; project management; and 100% completion support.
• Demonstrated experience: minimum 5 years, detailed company profile, CIPC registration, and at least three reference letters (not older than 36 months).
• Compliance documentation: completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1, valid BBBEE certificate (or sworn affidavit), valid tax pin, Central Supplier Database report/summary, and VAT status if applicable.
• Additional SANAS requirements: costed Annexure A pricing schedule; alignment to Services SETA standards; potential for SANAS specific-goal scoring under the 80/20 framework.
