Overview

The NTCSA/Eskom tender seeks a lease of Shelly Beach office, stores, workshop space (~659 m²) and 10 parking spaces for five years. It targets bidders with commercial property leasing/facilities management capability and the ability to meet Eskom’s environmental, safety and quality standards (ISO 9001/ISO 14001 preferred; see Environmental Requirements 240-180100134). Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial property leasing and facilities management; able to meet Eskom’s SHEQ, safety and quality requirements.
• Environmental, health and safety compliance, including: Eskom Environmental Requirements for Contractors and/or Suppliers; SHEQ Policy; OHS requirements (Annexure B).
• Quality Management System alignment to ISO 9001 (Supplier Quality Management specification 240-105658000; ISO 9001 references).
• Pre-qualifications: Tax clearance; registration on CSD; SARS PIN for verification; local production/content where applicable; compliance with PPPFA and CIDB guidance.
