Lease and Operation of the Franchise Retail Spaces (Coffee and Café Shop) at the University of Venda, Thohoyandou Campus, for a period of sixty (60) months. Bidders with experience in franchise food-service operations, coffee shops, or campus retail concepts should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Tender fee: R1,150.00 (VAT included); purchase via PURCO SA from 30 July 2026.
• Briefing session: Mandatory, 11 August 2026, 11:00am, at UNIVEN Research Conference Centre.
• Closing date: 21 August 2026, 23:59 (online submission).
• Submission method: Online via the PURCO SA tender portal (online submissions guide available; see PU8013024-ADVERT-Univen Advert.pdf).
• Procurement policy: UNIVEN may award to an empowerment company or via a joint venture; reserves right to not accept the lowest tender or any tender; details in the bid.
