Lease and Operation of the Franchise Retail Spaces (Fish and Chips Franchise outlet) at the University of Venda for a 60-month period. Bidders with proven experience in franchise-operated food services, campus/retail leases, and ability to meet university procurement requirements should bid. Tender documents can be purchased for R1,150 (VAT included).

Requirements

• Mandatory briefing session and site inspection: 12 August 2026, 09:00, at UNIVEN Research Conference Centre.
• Electronic submission deadline: 21 August 2026, 23:59.
• Tender documents available for purchase via PURCO SA (registration/login required) at R1,150.
• Submissions must be made through the PURCO SA online tender submissions portal.
• UNIVEN reserves the right not to award the lowest tender or any tender; may award to an empowerment company or via joint venture with an empowerment company.

How to Apply

• Register/login on PURCO SA, then buy the tender, pay via the portal, and access the documents.
• Attend the mandatory briefing on 12 August 2026 at 09:00 at the UNIVEN Research Conference Centre.
