Lease and Operation of the Franchise Retail Spaces (Fried Chicken Franchise outlet) at the University of Venda, Thohoyandou Campus, for a period of Sixty (60) Months. Open tender inviting bidders with capabilities in franchised food retail operations and campus retail leasing.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing session and site inspection: 11 August 2026, 09:00, UNIVEN Research Conference Centre. (PU8013023-ADVERT-Univen Advert Lease_.pdf)
• Tender documents: non-refundable fee of R1,150 (VAT included) via PURCO SA; documents available from 30 July 2026.
• Electronic submission deadline: 21 August 2026, 23:59, via PURCO SA online submission.
• Empowerment and award criteria: UNIVEN reserves the right to award to an empowerment company or via a joint venture; may award whole or part and is not obliged to accept the lowest tender.
