Overview

The University of Venda invites proposals for Lease and Operation of the Franchise Retail Spaces (Kota, Hot Dog, Fast Food, Bakery, or Similar Recognised Food Franchise) at the University of Venda, Thohoyandou Campus, for a period of sixty (60) months. The opportunity targets experienced franchise operators able to establish and run campus-outlet concepts; UNIVEN notes empowerment considerations, including potential award to an empowerment company or joint venture.

Requirements

• Proven track record in operating franchise food outlets and managing a 60-month campus lease.
• Ability to meet campus health, safety, and operational policies and to operate within UNIVEN guidelines.
• Willingness to engage with empowerment criteria (possible awarding to an empowerment company or joint venture).
• Access and compliance with PURCO SA tender process (purchase of documents, online submission).
