Lease of office accommodation for the Department of Agriculture: Humansdorp office for a period of 36 months. Bids are invited from property owners or facilities management providers to lease office space in Humansdorp (within ~3 km) totaling about 143 m2 to accommodate 6 staff (53 m2 offices; 90 m2 facilities). The monthly rental must include all rates and municipal services; the building must comply with relevant safety/building standards (OHSA, GIA Act, National Building Regulations, and government norms). Requirements

• Eligible bidders: property owners or facilities management providers offering the Humansdorp premises within 3 km of the town.
• Space: approx. 143 m2 (53 m2 offices; 90 m2 facilities) including kitchens, storeroom, boardroom, server room, parking for government vehicles and staff.
• Compliance: building must meet Occupational Safety Act, Government Immovable Asset Management Act, National Building Regulations and Office space norms.
• Financial/documents: Tax status verification on CSD; tax compliance; CK/company registration; joint venture agreements if applicable; all relevant SBD forms; black ink signatures; no correction fluid.
• Tender rules: subject to Government General Conditions of Contract (July 2010); 80/20 evaluation (price vs. specific goals).
• Additional care: ensure references for similar prior deliveries; suppliers must be pre-registered on CSD/LOGIS; returnable documents completed.
