Lease of office accommodation for the Department of Agriculture: Uitenhage (Kariega) extension office for a period of 36 months. Bidders should be property owners or facilities management providers able to offer approximately 208 m² of usable space in Uitenhage, compliant with National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, accessibility and network infrastructure needs for an 11-person team.

Requirements

• Property ownership: bidder must own the property or provide Power of Attorney; include title deed (or signed deed of sale) if applicable; JV agreements if a joint venture.
• Administrative/compliance: tax-compliant status on CSD; completed SBDs; attendance at compulsory briefing; relevant company registrations.
• Technical/site requirements: location within 4 km of Uitenhage town; minimum 208 m² leasable area; ablution facilities including for disabled; parking; CAT6 network readiness; standby power and water; building to meet health, safety and accessibility standards.
