Requirements

• Bids subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and GCC; 80/20 evaluation (80 for price, 20 for specific goals); validity period of 90 days.
• Bidders must not be in conflict with state service, not be tender defaulters, and must comply with anti-corruption provisions.
• Lease terms: successful bidder will sign a written lease (MBD7) and a service level agreement may follow (as applicable).
