Overview

Lease of the remaining extent of Erf A portion of the remainder of Farm Sterklooop 688 LS Dorp Rugby Club for a period of nine years and 11 months, leased by Polokwane Municipality. Bidders should be experienced property landlords/ developers with leasing capability and must meet municipal SCM requirements, including tax/SARS compliance and CSD/PPPFA prerequisites; no bidders in the service of the state. Foreign bidders may be required to answer Part B3 as applicable. A mandatory briefing is required.

Requirements

• Tax/compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or provide a printed TCS certificate; foreign bidders complete Part B3; if no TCS, provide CSD number; separate TCS for each JV/sub-contractor.
• Registration: valid CSD number or TCS certificate; no bidder in the service of the state.
• Documentation: complete and sign all bid forms (Forms A–F and MBD schedules) and submit as provided; JV agreements if applicable.
• Proof of municipal rates/taxes or valid lease arrangement attached.
• Bidding integrity: no corrupt practices; bids adhere to PPPFA/95% rules and 80/20 evaluation framework.

• Registrations: CSD number or SARS TCS PIN; foreign bidders may need Part B3; ensure all party TCS where applicable.
