Overview

Polokwane Municipality is seeking to lease the remaining extent of Erf A portion of the remainder of Portion 10 of Farm Sterklooop 688 LS Gymnastics Club B for a period of nine (9) years and 11 months. Bidders with property leasing, asset management or sports facility operation experience should consider bidding. Compliance with the municipality’s supply chain management policies, tax clearance, and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or SARS TCS is required; foreign bidders may need to answer Part B:3. The bid is open to qualified bidders, and bids will be valid for 90 days after closing. A compulsory briefing session is required (see attached Tender document PM08-26/27 LEASE.pdf).
