Overview

Lease of remaining extent of Erf A, portion of the remainder of portion 5 of Farm Strekloop 688 LS Wresting Academy Sport Club for a period of nine (9) years and eleven (11) months. Polokwane Municipality invites bids from qualified bidders in property/lease management to lease the site, with compliance to the Municipality’s SCM policy and being registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or providing a SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN, plus meeting standard municipal requirements. Bids are valid for 90 days after closing. A mandatory briefing session is required (31 Aug 2026).

Requirements
