Lease of shop at Die Dam Resort for the period ending 30 June 2029. Tenders are invited from service providers to lease the shop space at Die Dam Resort (Gansbaai) with an 80/20 evaluation framework and a mandatory briefing/site visit.

Requirements

• Mandatory site briefing on 16 September 2026 at 11:00, Die Dam Resort; attendance is compulsory; only bids from attendees will be considered.
• Submit tender in a sealed envelope endorsed “T73B-2026: Lease of Shop at Die Dam Resort for The Period Ending 30 June 2029”; place in tender box at 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp, 7280 by 12:00, 2 October 2026; no fax/email submissions.
• Tender documents available from Mrs L Siyeka; non-refundable fee of R300 via electronic payment (reference with company name and tender no).
• Submit a valid Tax Compliance status PIN (SARS) with the bid.
• Compliance with the Overberg District Municipality’s SCM Policy; POPIA consent to process personal data.
• The municipality may reject any tender or not necessarily the lowest bid.

• Documents to submit: duly completed tender on the prescribed official document; proof of Tax Compliance PIN; payment receipt for the R300 tender fee; any other documents specified in the tender packet (see T73B-2026).
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN; compliance with SCM policy; POPIA consent.
• Briefing session: mandatory briefing on 16 September 2026 at Die Dam Resort, R43, Gansbaai.
