Requirements

• Qualifications: tax clearance; ownership/control disclosures; ability to represent/perform if not Kenya-based; conflict-of-interest checks; capacity to own/manage leased assets.
• Evaluation: Most Advantageous Tender; criteria specified in Section III; no margin of preference; price plus any applicable non-price considerations.
