Lehae Park Updrade

Overview

Procurement of Lehae Park Upgrade construction and landscaping works. Bidders should be CIDB Grade 3SH or Higher and operate in construction/landscaping. Scope is a 3-month upgrade of Lehae Park (Stand 1592). Requirements

• Complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per tender document.
• Valid CIDB grading: 3SH or Higher.
• Valid guarantor with a letter for minimum 10% of construction value.

• Administrative: proof of address, COIDA (Class V), Public Liability Insurance, CSD registration, JV agreement if applicable, tax PIN, company/CIPC docs, BBBEE, and previous relevant experience.
