Load Testing Certification and Comprehensive Diagnostic of Cherry PickersClosed

Overview

This RFQ seeks the Load Testing Certification and a Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment for two Cherry Pickers (scissor lifts) used by SAAT. Bidders should have capabilities in load testing, certification, and in-depth diagnostic assessment of scissor lifts, with appropriate health-and-safety and OEM-related credentials.

Requirements

• Provide load testing and certification for two cherry pickers; comprehensive inspection of four lifts during testing; and a detailed, compliant report with certificates.
• Provide a comprehensive diagnostic assessment of two cherry pickers, including a full diagnostic report per lift and a consolidated fleet report, with defined defect classifications and recommended actions.
• Evidence of: accreditation/authorization; qualifications of at least one tester; valid testing equipment certificates; serviceable testing equipment.
• Required documents: SARS Tax Clearance (or proof of application), Tax Clearance Certificate, BBB-EE Certificate, SBD1, SBD4, CIPC Document.
• Additional commercial: fixed diagnostic fee per lift and total fixed price for both; separate diagnostic pricing from repair quotes; proof of public liability insurance and workers’ compensation registration.
• Compliance with Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (BBBEE points, 80/20 or 90/10 rules).
