Overview

Provision and installation of loading system for SRO CIP chemicals at Lethabo Power Station, including design, manufacture, supply, installation, QA, commissioning and handover. Eskom calls for a contractor with NEC3 ECC3 framework experience to deliver the works within six months, with CIDB 3M or higher eligibility, via Eskom’s eTendering portal. Clarification via Teams is offered; submission due 10 July 2026 at 10:00.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: 3M or higher (as per metadata).
• NEC3 ECC3 contract experience, capable of design, manufacture, supply, installation, QA, commissioning and handover for CIP chemical loading systems.
• Compliance with Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact; sign Integrity Declaration; NDA; disclose conflicts of interest.
• Access to and use of Eskom eTendering system; provide board-level authorisation (via Authorisation Form) and complete required forms (see attached documents).
• Provide required bi-lateral documents: Form of Offer & Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations (if any), and tax/compliance documentation (e.g., tax clearance).
• Site-specific readiness: work at Lethabo Power Station; aligned to six-month completion; adherence to health, safety and environmental requirements.

How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents from Eskom Tender Bulletin (Documents: Tender documents (16 files).zip). Documents available from 03 June 2026. If not attached, download from the link in the tender notice. (see Tender documents zip)
• Ensure eligibility: CIDB 3M+; register on Eskom’s eTendering platform; have a CSD number and tax clearance.
• Prepare and submit required documents, including:
  • Form of Offer & Acceptance (C1.1) and Schedule of Deviations (if any);
  • Authorisation Form (Authorisation_Form_-_08_November_2024.pdf) with board resolution/power of attorney;
  • Integrity Declaration (Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact, 240-113650212) and NDA;
  • Any other returnables referenced in the tender (e.g., CIDB registration number).
• Submit via Eskom eTendering portal: create new submission, upload documents (categorized as Technical/Commercial/Finance), finalize submission (max 50MB per file, total max 900MB), then finalize and close submission. • Clarification: Attend the Microsoft Teams clarification meeting (link in notice).
