Overview

The Electoral Commission of South Africa invites bids for local office accommodation in eThekwini (North), Umhlanga. Open to all bidders registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax compliant, and able to complete the prescribed tender forms and compliance documentation. Suitable bidders include entities capable of leasing and managing office space and related real estate/facilities services (with capacity to deliver specified premises and SLA commitments). Requirements

• Registered on CSD and tax compliant (status verified on CSD).
• Complete and sign all applicable tender forms (pages 2–47) in original ink; pricing schedules fully completed; no amendments with correction fluids.
• Submit valid B-BBEE certificate/affidavit appropriate to entity type; comply with PPPFA and point system (80/20 for contracts up to R50M).
• Provide POPIA consent and Political Party Affiliation declarations; disclose any conflicts of interest and subcontractor details where applicable.
• Ensure delivery commitments, invoicing, and tax/VAT compliance as per tender terms; all sub-contractors must be tax compliant.
• Tender documents and pricing must be market-related and delivered as specified in the bid documents.
