Overview

Provision of local office accommodation in the West Region (eThekwini) for the Electoral Commission, including related SCM compliance and administration. Bidders should be real-estate/facilities-management providers with National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, SARS tax compliance, and the ability to meet Electoral Commission SCM and B-BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Register on the National Treasury CSD prior to bidding
• Tax compliance status must be current and verifiable on the CSD for the bidder and any subcontractors
• Provide valid B-BBEE documentation (certificate, affidavit or SANAS/CIPC verification) and meet PPPFA-specific goals
• Complete and sign all mandatory tender forms/pages in original ink; pricing schedules fully completed
• Sub-contracting/joint venture arrangements must comply with the tender documentation and related rules
