Overview

Procurement of a lowering machine for the cemetery section by Blantyre City Council; Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are invited to submit quotations. Blantyre City Council budgets for this equipment and will follow RFQ procedures under the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2025.

Requirements

• Eligible bidders: Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
• RFQ documents can be collected at Blantyre City Council Civic Centre, PDU, 8:00–16:30, 22–28 Sept 2026. (Lowering machine for cemetery section)
• Quotations must be delivered to The Chairperson Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee, Blantyre City Council, Private Bag 67, Blantyre, by 28 Sept 2026 16:00. Late quotations will be rejected.
• Quotations must be clearly marked “Lowering Machine for Cemetery Section.”
• Bids will be prioritized in line with Section 62(11) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2025. (Govt Notice No. 78)

How to Apply
