Overview

Maintenance and repairs of boreholes, irrigation equipment, and accessories for Rooiwal and Soshanguve Agripark. GDARD invites CIDB 2SH (or higher) service providers to quote for a 3-month maintenance/repair contract, with electronic submission and a mandatory site briefing.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading designation 2SH or higher; Specialist Works (irrigation-related) qualification. (Terms of Reference/ RFQ)
• Health and Safety compliance: Health and Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan, risk assessments, method statements, inductions, training matrix, and related SHE/Q records prior to starting. (Contract data)
• All Risk insurance including public liability; evidence and/or cover as specified in contract data. (Contract data)
• Compliance with OHS Act No. 85 of 1993 and COID; good standing with Compensation Commissioner; personnel lists and safety registers as applicable. (Contract data)
• Pre-commencement documentation: SHE Plan, risk assessments, external service provider lists, CVs/competency copies, management structure, site rules, security measures, and related templates. (Contract data)
• Completion and performance requirements: adherence to Defects Liability Period (90 days), practical completion criteria, retention (10%), and payment terms as per contract. (Contract data)
