Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance/repair of substations or related building works.
• Ability to perform works on an as-needed basis over a 5-year term.
• Tender validity extension: bidders must confirm acceptance of extending tender validity to 30 November 2026 and whether prices will remain the same (see attached extension letter: 2nd Tender validity letter for suppliers for Substation building.pdf).
