Overview

Maintenance, annual service and inspection of fire sprinkler, hose reels and hydrant system at Cape Town International Airport for 24 months. Bidders should have CIDB grading of 4SF or higher and proven capability in fire protection services, including SAQCC Fire registration for key personnel, a valid SABS SANS1475 certificate in the bidding entity’s name, and applicable OHS, tax and BBBEE compliance.

Requirements

• CIDB grading 4SF or higher.
• Valid SABS SANS1475 certificate in the bidding entity name.
• Valid Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) certificate for the Site Supervisor/Technician/Assistant.
• SAQCC Fire registration for Site Supervisor, Technician and Assistant.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD registration; B-BBEE evidence (certificate or sworn affidavit).
