Overview

Maintenance of radio high-sites, including mobile and portable radios, for the period ending 30 June 2029. CWDM invites ICASA-approved service providers with radio maintenance capabilities to bid, with registration on CWDM’s Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database required prior to closing.

Requirements

• ICASA-approved service provider for maintenance of radio high-sites and mobile/portable radios (T 2026/063 Tender Document).
• Registration and ongoing update of registration on CWDM Supplier Database and Central Supplier Database (CWDM SCM).
• Attendance at compulsory site/information meetings (joint ventures must have all partners attend).
• Compliance with PPPFA 2022 (80/20) and B-BBEE qualifications; submit appropriate B-BBEE verification or sworn affidavit as applicable.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Clearance PIN; VAT considerations for contracts above thresholds; municipal rates/charges where applicable.
• The tender documents include required bid forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD7.1/7.2, MBD8, MBD9) to be completed and submitted (T 2026/063).

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 04 September 2026 at 11:00.
• Submission method: Duly completed tenders in a separate sealed envelope to be placed in the official tender box at 29 Du Toit Street, Stellenbosch; documents may also be downloaded online (CWDM site or etenders). Hard copies available for a fee of R274.00 (T 2026/063).
• Documents to submit: Completed bid documents including MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD7.1/7.2, MBD8, MBD9).
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: CWDM Supplier Database and CSD registration; SARS Tax Clearance Pin (and, for consortiums, separate pins); municipal accounts as required.
• Briefing/site meeting: Compulsory information session(s) (attendance required; venue/location per tender; briefing address noted as 29 Du Toit Street, Stellenbosch).
