Overview

Maintenance of the fire protection system at the boiler burners for a five-year period during unit outages. Bidders should be capable in construction/maintenance work for fire protection systems in a power-station environment and must comply with Eskom’s procurement process, including the Supplier Integrity Pact and e-tendering requirements. Requirements

• Sign the Authorisation Form and attach the appropriate representative document (board resolution, power of attorney, etc.). (Authorisation_Form_-_08_November_2024.pdf)
• Complete and sign Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact and related declarations; submit the Integrity Declaration Form and, if required, NDA.
• Complete E-Tendering Training Acknowledgement, and submit via the eTendering system. (E-Tenderers E-Tendering Training Acknowledgement Form)
• Complete the applicable Supplier Evaluation Pack A (company/CC/trust) or B (individual) to determine tax/PSP status; provide required affidavits and particulars. (Supplier Evaluation Pack Template…)
• Ensure registrations and pre-qualifications: CSD number to access eTendering; Eskom Vendor Database registration; provide company/individual tax IDs, IRP30 where relevant, and other regulatory details.
• Be prepared to disclose any conflicts of interest and to comply with the Integrity Pact’s ethics, disclosure, and anti-corruption provisions.
