Overview

Maintenance service of dosing pumps is being procured for Ugu District Municipality; bidders with pump maintenance and mechanical/electrical engineering capabilities should consider bidding.

Requirements

• CIPC registration and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; provide CSD number if TCS is unavailable.
• Complete and submit official forms: MBD1 (Part A & B), MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8 and MBD9; attach documentation to claim specific goals (EME/QSE certificates/affidavits).
• Proof of municipal payments (water account/lease/SAPS affidavit) and disability proof if applicable.
• Bids must be sealed, deposited in the official bid box by 12:00 on 20 October 2026; bid validity 30 days; subject to GCC and any applicable special conditions; no bids from state employees.
