Maintenance services of the coal analysers (NITA IV System) for a period of 5 years at Kendal Power. Eskom is issuing a Sole Source tender to maintain the NITA IV coal analysers at Kendal Power, requiring a specialized supplier capable of OEM/authorized maintenance and compliance with Eskom tender requirements.

Requirements

• SDL&I and B-BBEE: SDL&I reporting and targets; B-BBEE status and relevant documents; plan for SDL&I improvements within contract.
• Financial and governance: latest annual financial statements; ITA34C (where applicable); tax compliance verification; separate JV/SPV documentation if applicable.
• Local content and subcontracting: declare local procurement content; detailed subcontracting plans if any.
