Overview

Maintenance & Spot Improvement of Chesongoch Roads (B126 & B15), funded via Development Votes, open to eligible road/bridge contractors. Bidders must be registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in categories NCA 3 or 4, and may bid individually or as a Joint Venture.

Requirements

• Mandatory submissions with bid:
  • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Compliance for foreign contractors
  • Copy of valid National Construction Authority Annual Practising Licence (class required)
  • Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate
  • Copy of a recent CR12 form (dated within 6 months)
  • Serialise all bid pages
  • Tender Security (Unconditional Bank Guarantee) as specified
• Other qualification criteria (as per tender): prior relevant experience, equipment, personnel, current workload, litigation history, and sworn affidavit
• Eligibility rules and restrictions (per tender): avoidance of multiple tenders by same directors, JV requirements, and PPADA/anti-collusion compliance
• Foreign bidders: must source at least 40% of inputs locally; provide evidence
• JV rules: if a JV is formed, all partners must meet mandatory requirements; an executable JV agreement is required; domestic JV partners must meet NCA 1 requirements
• Local registration: NCA registration required prior to contract award (not tender)
• Additional notes: canvassing disqualifies; pre-tender site visits are mandatory (see Detailed Tender Notice)
