Overview

Maintenance, support and enhancement of the Certification and Verification Systems (CVS) and Apprentice Certification System. The QCTO seeks a suitably qualified IT service provider to maintain, enhance, deploy improvements and transfer skills for CVS and the Apprentice Certification System, hosted on Azure with C#/.NET ASP.NET Razor Pages and SQL Server. Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Razor Pages, SQL Server and stored procedures; senior resource (7+ years) and junior resource (3+ years) required, with evidence. (see TOR CVS and Apprentice...pdf)
• Deliverables include: assessment of codebase/DB, defect/issue tracking, approved enhancements, GitHub repository setup, controlled deployment, updated docs, skills transfer, monthly progress reports, final close-out. (see TOR CVS and Apprentice...pdf)
• Hosting/deployment: Azure Windows VMs, source control, deployment processes, documentation updates. (see TOR CVS and Apprentice...pdf)
