Overview

Maintenance Support Services for the Integrated Bosch Digital Conference System & Kramer AV Distribution System at Polokwane Municipality for a three-year period. Open to bidders with AV/system maintenance capability, Bosch/Kramer expertise, and ability to comply with Polokwane SCM policies; bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet SARS tax compliance.

Requirements

• Compliance with Polokwane SCM policy and the 80/20 evaluation framework;
• Valid CSD registration and SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) or provide a TCS certificate;
• Proof of municipal rates and taxes or lease/tenancy arrangement;
• Completed bid forms (Forms A–F) and, if applicable, a signed Joint Venture agreement;
• Demonstrated experience with AV/conference system maintenance of a similar scope;
• Not a State employee or tender defaulter; adhere to professional body registration where required;
• If foreign, complete pre-award questionnaire and ensure each JV party has its own TCS/PIN;
• Bid validity: 90 days.

• Documents to complete/submit: Official bid forms (Forms A–F, MBD 3.1 Schedule of Prices, etc.) and annexures; tax and CSD documentation; proof of rates/lease; JV documentation where applicable (PM09-25/26).
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD number and SARS Tax Compliance PIN; if foreign, Part B:3 questionnaire.
• Briefing session: Not applicable; there is no compulsory briefing session (PM09-25/26).
