Procurement of multi-disciplinary professional services for Mamelodi Magistrate Court, including Architectural Services, Principal Agent and Construction Health and Safety Agent. Eligible bidders are architectural practices or multidisciplinary firms with an architectural division under the full-time supervision of a registered architect; must provide proof of professional registrations and be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database.

Requirements

• Registration: central supplier database (mandatory); evidence of current registration for all principals (Architectural, Health & Safety, etc.).
• Functionality: minimum 65 points to proceed; detailed criteria cover architectural and health & safety experience, technical workforce, licences, and risk assessment (see TENDER_DOC_ARCH_H26_015_AI.pdf).
• Professional qualifications: architectural registration (SACAP) for the architect(s); SACPCMP for Health & Safety; demonstrate post‑registration experience (min 5 years per role).
• Returnable documents: DPW-09 (PSB) form; appointment letters + completion certificates; references; CVs; proof of registrations; list of returnable schedules (T1/T2).
• Indemnity: evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Software licences: current licences for required disciplines (CAD-like software for architecture; Microsoft Project for Principal Agent).
• Consortium/joint ventures: if applicable, documentation showing participation and key persons.
• Local/BBBEE and related criteria: points-based goals (ownership by black people, women, youth, persons with disabilities; localization; BBBEE certification) applicable per value band (see sections 6.1–6.3 in the attached tender text).
