Requirements

• Market research expertise in laboratory testing sectors (minimum 5 years).
• Technical knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, HACCP, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Proven SA geographic project experience across provincial hubs.
• Formal qualification in Microbiology or Biotechnology; plus business qualification an advantage.
• Access to a qualified microbiologist/regulatory SME or a capable team with market research credentials.
• Ability to conduct primary data collection (min. 40 interviews) and deliver a detailed, actionable market report within ~40 days.
• Compliance with Necsa procurement policies and B-BBEE requirements.
