Requirements

• Training institution accredited by SETA or QCTO for mast climbing and rescue training (unit standards 229998 and 229995).
• Training presenter/facilitator must hold valid accreditation for these unit standards.
• For the rescue portion, use a dummy doll; provide a letter on company letterhead signed by a director confirming doll usage.
• Training: 2 days with a 3-year certificate validity; consent letter to confirm this.
• Signature by CEO/MD or legal appointee on required documents.
• Administrative responsiveness: registered on Sentech Supplier Database; quotations on company letterhead; submitted by closing date/time; fully completed and signed in BLACK ink; submitted via Email; confidentiality undertaking.
