MATHIBESTAD CHC - APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR FOR THE SCOPE COMPLETION OF MATHIBESTAD CHC FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, NORTH WEST PROVINCE

Overview

Procurement of a contractor to complete the scope of Mathibestad CHC, including three new buildings and renovations to twenty-one existing buildings, for the Department of Health, North West Province. Target bidders are construction contractors with CIDB 8GB (General Building) or higher (JV allowed with consolidated grading). The site is in Moretele, Bojanala District. Briefing is mandatory.

Requirements

• CIDB Grade 8GB or higher; JV with consolidated grading allowed.
• COIDA/FEM / RMA certificate valid for the bidder and JV partners.
• CIPC registration for each party; verify via verification source.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; provide MAAA number.
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing; attendance register signed.
• Form of Offer signed/witnessed; BOQ fully priced; JV agreements signed if applicable.
• Active SACPCMP registrations for Construction Manager/Project Manager and for the Health & Safety officer.
• Tax clearance status with SARS pin; verification required.
• Preferential-claims support: provide source documents for Women, Youth, Disability, Black Ownership (CSD report used to verify).
• Returnable documents and forms as per T2/T1 schedules.
