Messroom Benches including tables, once off, at the Cape Town Container Terminal

Overview

Supply and delivery of messroom benches including tables for Transnet Port Terminals at Cape Town (one-off procurement). Bidders should be furniture suppliers/manufacturers capable of delivering to the Cape Town Terminal and meeting Transnet's procurement requirements, including SBDs and compliance (tax, CSD, BBBEE, POPIA) plus supplier integrity/NDAs.

Requirements

• Tax compliance with SARS PIN and valid Tax Compliance Status; CSD registration and Central Supplier Database registration
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (or equivalent proof for foreign bidders)
• Authority to sign bid (e.g., company resolution)
• Mandatory returnable documents: SBD1, RFQ declaration, Specific Goals form, POPIA, CSD certificate, Tax certificate, BBBEE certificate, CIPC certificate
• Acceptance of Transnet terms: Supplier Integrity Pact and Non-disclosure Agreement
• Delivery capability: lead times and delivery to Cape Town Terminal as per contract terms
