Overview

Procurement of an individual contractor to conduct the Mid-Term Evaluation of the ETH-GBON-SOFF Project for UNDP Ethiopia. UNDP seeks a skilled M&E professional to design and implement a mid-term evaluation of the ETH-GBON-SOFF project. Suitable bidders are experienced in international development evaluations with strong qualitative and quantitative methods and proven report-writing ability; familiarity with UNDP processes and the Ethiopian context is advantageous.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mid-term evaluations of development projects, preferably with UNDP or other international organizations.
• Strong methodological skills in M&E, including design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced degree (MA/MSc or higher) in development studies, economics, statistics, public health, or related field; PhD preferred.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver within timelines; excellent written and oral English; local language skills a plus.
• Commitment to ethical research and data privacy; compliance with UNDP procurement requirements.
