Migration of Microsoft Exchange 2019 to Microsoft 365, including provision of Office 365 licenses with 36 months of maintenance and support. Open tender by Fezile Dabi District Municipality for IT service providers with Microsoft 365 migration experience, licensing delivery capability, and ongoing support. Bid evaluates on a preferential points system and requires Microsoft-related qualifications.

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance certificate or PIN
• Certified ID copy
• Certified company registration/founding certificate
• Copy of CSD registration report
• Proof that municipal services rates and taxes are not more than three months in arrears (or landlord statement if renting)
• Completion and signing of all compulsory/supplementary bid forms (MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9, among others)

How to Apply

• Closing date/time: 29 June 2026 at 12:00pm (per attached document Microsoft Migration); metadata lists 10:00am—verify prior to submission.
• Submission method: Sealed bid clearly indicating the bid number.
• Documents to submit: as above (tax clearance, ID, registration, CSD, landlord/rates proof, company profile, and all required MBD forms).
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: Tax clearance; CSD; municipal rates status; landlord statement if renting; ensure all forms are completed.
• Briefing session: There will be no site briefing.
• Where to obtain bid documents: from 01 June 2026 at 10:00am at the SCM Unit offices in Sasolburg or free download on the etender portal.
• Additional notes: Bid deposit/bond of R1500 (cash or direct deposit with proof); bids from state employees are not accepted; bids valid for 90 days; preferential procurement points apply (80/20, see below).
