Overview

RFQ for minor repairs and maintenance to St Marks Clinic (Intsika Yethu Sub-District), Chris Hani District, by a CIDB 2GB+ contractor for a 4-month period. Eligible bidders are CIDB 2GB+ contractors (or JV with compliant combined designation), registered on the CSD, tax compliant, and able to provide a project manager (min NQF 6), an OHS officer (SACPCMP), an electrical specialist, and relevant references.

Requirements

• CIDB: 2GB or higher (active); JV permitted with compliant joint venture documentation.
• Key personnel: Project Manager (NQF 6), OHS officer (SACPCMP), site foreman (2+ years building experience); electrical specialist.

• Compliance: CIDB registration; COIDA/FEM; tax status (CSD/SARS); no conflicts of interest; form of offer and acceptance signed; resolution for signatory; POPIA consent.
• Local goals: 20 points for Specific Goals (HDI ownership, Women/Youth/Disability ownership, Military Veterans ownership, Local Chris Hani locality). Price: 80 points.
