MINOR MAITANANCE OF BUILDING FOR QOQODALA CLINICClosed

Overview

The Eastern Cape Department of Health invites bids for minor repairs and maintenance to Qoqodala Clinic, Emalahleni Sub-District, Chris Hani District, for a four-month period. Bidder eligibility requires CIDB grade 2GB or higher (or a compliant JV arrangement). Requirements

• CIDB: 2GB or higher (or JV where each party is CIDB 2GB+; JV agreement required) with appropriate signatories.
• Certifications: Valid CIDB certificate, COIDA or FEM letter of good standing, and tax status evidenced (CSD full report).
• Personnel: Project Manager with min NQF 6; OHS officer SACPCMP; site foreman with ≥2 years building experience; at least three client reference letters; concise Programme of Works; list of resources/equipment.
• Subcontractors/specialists: Schedule of proposed subcontractors; particulars of a specialist electrical subcontractor; a qualified electrician with a DoL trade certificate or SETA recognition.
• Returnable documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; Record of addenda; proposed amendments; Resolution for signatory; Schedule of Subcontractors; POPIA consent; CSD, CIDB, COIDA/FEM; Part C1.1, C1.2, and C2.2 fully priced BOQ.
• Compliance: Bidder must be legally registered, not listed on defaulters lists, and must complete compulsory questionnaires.
