Overview

Security fencing improvements for Elliot Hospital and Ncedolwethu Clinic, Sakhisizwe, Chris Hani, with a 4-month construction period. Requirements

• CIDB grading 2SǪ or higher (active at award) or as calculated per joint venture rules.
• Two-stage procurement; Stage 1: administrative/mandatory; Stage 2: price and specific goals (80/20 PPPFA).
• CIDB, COIDA/FEM, CSD registration and good standing; full CSD report required.
• Valid CIDB certificate, COIDA/FEM letter, SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; Part C1.1/1.2; Bills of Quantities fully priced.
• Project Manager with relevant building qualification (min NQF 6); OHS officer SACPCMP; site foreman with 2+ years of relevant experience; and three client reference letters.
• Schedule of Subcontractors; particulars of specialist subcontractor for high-security fencing; a qualified electrician (DoL/SETAs).
• Proof of Specific Goals; POPIA consent; and authorised signatories/resolutions for JV where applicable.
• Returnable documents (portfolio, programme of works, resources/equipment list) and completed amendments/qualifications as needed.
