Overview

Maintenance of civil engineering and related infrastructure in RBIDZ Phase 1F is being procured. Tenderers: CIDB Grade 5CE+; EMEs or QSEs with B-BBEE Level 1; RBIDZ requires involvement of emerging contractors from its pre-qualified list.

Requirements

• CIDB Grade 5CE or higher
• EMEs or QSEs with B-BBEE Level 1
• Involve emerging contractors via RBIDZ pre-qualified list
• Functionality minimum 60%; 80/20 price/preference; non-compliance leads to disqualification
• Compulsory briefing and site inspection; bring PPE; late arrivals not allowed
• Tender documents are non-refundable: R500; proof of payment to tenders@rbidz.co.za
