MO/ADM/560/26 - APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to manage travel management services for a 36-month period. The RBIDZ seeks a capable service provider to handle corporate travel arrangements for staff and officials. Bidders should be capable and competent and must comply with RBIDZ’s Preferential Procurement Policy, with targeted B-BBEE Status Level 1–3.

Requirements

• Tender fee: non-refundable R500; payment to the specified Absa account; documents emailed after indication of interest and payment (Tender Document).
• Proposals must be sealed, endorsed with the contract number, and personally deposited in the official Tender box at the RBIDZ Complex by 12:00 on 01 December 2026 (Tender Document).
• Evaluation will be on compliance, functionality, then price and preference (80/20); minimum 65% functionality required to progress (Tender Document).
• Targeted enterprises with B-BBEE Level 1–3 are eligible to tender (Tender Document).
• RBIDZ reserves the right to appoint the tenderer that best meets requirements and is not bound to the lowest price; telegraphic, telephonic, telex, electronic, e-mailed, and late tenders will not be accepted (Tender Document).
• No briefing or site inspection will be conducted for this project (Tender Document).

How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents: from 27 October 2026 to 10 November 2026; request via email to tenders@rbidz.co.za with company name, address and contact details, quoting the tender number and description; documents emailed upon indication of interest and payment of the tender charge (Tender Document).
• Pay the tender fee of R500 into the RBIDZ bank account (Absa) as specified in the tender documents (Tender Document).
• Request bid documents by email; documents will be emailed to the sender (Tender Document).
• Submit proposals sealed and endorsed with the contract number; deposit in the RBIDZ Tender Box by 12:00 on 01 December 2026; no other submission methods (Tender Document).
• Briefing session: none; no site inspection will be conducted (Tender Document).
