Overview

Appointment of a service provider to procure agriculture implements and inputs for a 36-month period. RBIDZ invites tenders from suppliers with agricultural procurement experience; EMEs with B-BBEE Level 1 and meeting the preferential procurement pre-qualification are eligible to tender. Tender documents are available 25 Sept–14 Oct 2026 on payment of R500; submission closes 12:00 on 21 Oct 2026 (per tender document) and tenders are opened in public. Evaluation follows compliance, functionality (min 65%), then price and preference (80/20).

Requirements

• EMEs with B-BBEE Level 1 and pre-qualification for preferential procurement.
• Must meet RBIDZ pre-qualification criteria for preferential procurement.
• Functionality minimum of 65% to proceed to price/preference.
• Tender submissions must be sealed, endorsed with Contract MO/ADM/529/26, and deposited by 21 Oct 2026 in the RBIDZ Tender Box.
• RBIDZ may withdraw/alter terms and is not obliged to accept the lowest price.
