Overview

Monthly supply and delivery of water Proficiency Testing Scheme samples for Lethabo Power Station for five years. Eskom invites tenders from water-quality testing/proficiency-testing providers with logistics capability to supply PT samples monthly over 60 months, under Eskom’s Standard Conditions of Tender. Eligible bidders must meet Eskom/S-O-E procurement eligibility (not on sanctions lists), and comply with all tender annexures (SBDs, Integrity Pact, local-content declarations, CIDB/CSD). Tender validity is 120 days.

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based QMS evidence or equivalent; documented QMS in operation per Eskom Supplier Quality Management specification 240-105658000.
• Eskom OHS compliance: signed Annexure B; COIDA; OHS policy; baseline risk assessments; Health & Safety plan; competency of personnel.
• Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender; eligibility criteria; CIDB/CSD where applicable; not 100% subcontracting; tax clearance; Local Content declarations (SBD 6.2).
• Tender documentation: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; Tax Questionnaire; Declaration of Shareholding; Pricing Schedule (PDF/Excel); Schedule of Deviations (if any).
• Contractual conditions: pricing schedule; potential performance bond if required by Contract Data.
