Overview

Provision of Technical Audit Consultancy Services for the Multinational: Kenya–South Sudan Road Corridor Lesseru–Kitale and Morpus–Lokichar Road Upgrading Project, Phase 1. The RFP (KeNHA/3008/2026) seeks a consultant or JV to perform initial, mid-term, intermediate, special, and final audits plus a Technical Opinion for a MDB-financed road upgrading project. Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance with the Bank’s policies (nationality of eligible country, anti-fraud, sanctions, and ability to be audited).
• Demonstrated technical audit qualifications aligned to the TOR: initial, mid-term, intermediate, special, and final audits plus a technical opinion.
• Key Experts and team composition as per the TOR; JV/consortium options allowed with clear lead firm roles; liability of JV members.
